1 teaspoon chili powder 1 medium onion
1 clove garlic 1 tomato 1
lime juice 2 bunches of coriander salt
- pepper Mix in a mortar ( or bowl) garlic and onion, the tomato flesh peeled and chopped, peeled avocados and half the chopped coriander.
- Finally add the chili powder and lime juice.
- Sprinkle the rest of the chopped coriander before serving the guacamole.
personal observations:
- personally do not like lots of ke, a sauce is very oily (because avocado)
- goes well with Tortilla-Chip, is used as a base for many Mexican recipes.
